Cynthia Hedge-Morrell: "Do You Know Who I Am?"
City Councilman Cynthia Hedge-Morrell yells "Do you know who I am?" at a state trooper who pulls her over for going 100 MPH on the shoulder of I-10. If you have to ask someone if they know who you are, you're not that big of a deal.

Our premier (head of the province) went to Hawaii for a conference and was stopped speeding (and driving under the influence), I can't imagine him wanting to tell anyone who he was :)
