Morial Buddy Sentenced to 9 Years for Fraud

Former Mayor Marc Morial's top aide Kerry DeCay has been sentenced to nine years in prison for his role in the City's fraudulent energy savings contract. Morial declined comment for the story, as he continues to hide out in New York until the statute of limitations for his crimes expires.
